TRINITY HEALTH COMPUTER SETUP INFORMATION

• The intial login MUST be done on campus.  Note that it may take up to seven minutes.  Later logins will take just a minutes or so.
• Note that the Power button is oddly on the top row a few keys in from the left.
• The estimated time to complete all of these intial one-time configuration steps is 60 to 90 minutes.
  • Steps 1-4 are esentially mandatory and may take as little as 30 minutes.
  • The rest of the steps are likely to save you several dozen hours in failed login problems, lost productivity and frustration over the course of a year if not completed.
• Many of the steps MUST be done in order to work as shown in the videos.
• The three panels below have useful system setup links and information used in setup.

Colleague UI and Reporting Server Users Information

Until we are able to completely rebuild (again… sigh) our 13 Mercy College servers on the Trinity Health network,  hopefully in mid to late March, the following are true.

• You must continue to use and maintain your Common Spirit old windows username and password to login.
• For the Reporting Server, you MUST enter your login in the following format: CHI\<username> 
• Remote/off campus access is only available through the Common Spirit Windows 10 virtual machine at MyCHIWebApps
